By booking a tour with Panama Gem Charters, you accept the following terms and conditions, which govern the use of our vessels and services.

Bookings and payments

All bookings require confirmation. Published prices are for the full charter of the vessel, not per person. We accept online payments through FareHarbor.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations due to bad weather decided by the captain receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

Safety on board

For safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The captain has final authority over all operational decisions.
