These communications are regarding a specific yacht charter request and for news and information about our company and yacht charter in general. We do not require users from our website to register in order to access our online yacht database.

During the online inquiry process, we ask our client for and require them to enter contact information and certain information about their needs. We gather this information only to provide a more personal, specific service.

While serving our clients, we often receive additional types of sensitive information such as financial, family, or health information. We maintain the confidentially of this personal information and do not share it with any third parties except as specified by the client in order to customize their yacht charter experience. An example of such would be to forward provisioning preferences to a yacht crew.
